A 7 x 6 foot flex space and two closets in the dining room and hallway provide ample storage space for sports equipment, clothes and seasonal items. The laundry room is the most spacious of all floor plans, offering extra space for folding, ironing and storage.
With a 99+ square foot private patio, this design is perfect for residents who appreciate the outdoors. I have rented many places and Aldara has become one that I can call home. My apartment was very well cleaned when I moved in and the staff has been more than helpful! Maintnence is always on point and there for you whenever you need it! Plus it is pet friendly! And the keep up outside is very well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to rent and or make it a home like I have!
Living at Aldera Apartments was great. Any maintenance issues are always addressed very promptly and the office staff are nothing less than amazing. If you treat the staff right they will be a breeze to work with and when the lease is ending they will work with you to get you the best deal. They were willing to accommodate our needs and not charging us for terminating 3 weeks early. Thank you Heather and team – you’re awesome!
Clean and quiet apartments. Great for a small family. Excellent staff and maintenance team. They occasionally do fun community events like handing out ice cream, movie nights, etc. Didn’t love walking up and down the stairs with toddlers in tow but that’s apartment living. Garage is a nice plus if you can snag one. Balcony view was ugly and I had a pigeon problem but maintenance helped clean it up when I asked. I was worried they might try to nickle and dime you upon move out because of the no security deposit option, but I moved out a few weeks ago and my final bill was reasonable. We moved out because we needed more space for our kids but this is a good place to stay if you’ve got young children, no children, or are single.
Grounds are kept up and this could be tough given the fact it is a dog friendly community. Plenty of places to walk your dog inside of the complex. Bring your leash because it is right next to a busy street. Staff is exceptional, they are more than happy to help with all problems big or small. Plentiful Maintenance staff and grounds keepers. I had a tire low on air and I was able to enlist help from a maintenance employee. Apartment is updated with granite countertops and laminate flooring. Paint is flat white which in my opinion should be semi gloss, because it is easier to clean. Rent is higher than average for the square footage and sink fixtures are cheap and ugly but it is a rental so you can’t have too high of standards on the small things. Overall it is a great place to live.

You will not find a better place to rent! These guys have been extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful since we moved in. I’m not a fan of renting (PERIOD) but Heather has been incredible to work with. Anytime we’ve needed work done (one time our sink got clogged) their stellar maintenance crew has come same day to take care of it. Another benefit is that these guys won’t nickle and dime you for everything. I didn’t feel like we were consistently being taken advantage of as renters, and that’s hard to find nowadays. We are very sad to leave, but if we need a place to rent again they will definitely be our first choice and get our highest recommendation. Literally have zero complaints about these guys – they’re awesome.

Showing proof of renter’s insurance with liability coverage is the final step in ensuring that Aldara will be a proper home for your pet.
